Location:

Casa Sanlorenzo, Venice, Italy

Dates:

6 May–28 June 2026

A sculpture by Tony Cragg is included in Waves, the central exhibition of Sanlorenzo Arts’ 2026 program at Casa Sanlorenzo in Venice, presented during the Venice Biennale.

Curated by Sergio Risaliti and Cristiano Seganfreddo, with scientific support from Ersilia Vaudo Scarpetta, the exhibition explores the wave as a figure of movement, transformation, and exchange, bringing art into close relation with scientific thought.

Within this framework, Cragg’s sculpture enters a wider conversation on form in motion and the continual reconfiguration of matter, set alongside key twentieth-century precedents and a younger generation of artists.
